磁电场复合法净化烹饪油烟的研究

摘    要:分析了传统的静电和高频静电净化烹饪油烟技术的缺陷,拟用电极电离极化油烟微粒,在磁场偏转力,气态涡流、以及阴极静电吸引和同性同电位相斥的不粘油技术复合作用下净化油烟,在少量活恬炭的辅助下可试探取消高空排放,由此起到美化环境降低燥音,电耗,净化烹饪油烟的作用。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the blemish of the traditional static electricity and the high frequency static electricity decontamination technique of cooking soot,intend to use the combined techniques of electrode electricity polarizing,magnetic field deflectinggaseity vortex,cathode static electricity attraction and like electricity hompophase rejection to decontaminate the cooking soot. It is concluded from the experiments that the combined tehnique can substitute the high attitude discharge under the support of a little amount of activated carbon,and to prevent the environment,reduce the noise,depress the electricity consume,and decontaminate the cooking soot.
