| Abstract: | Methods for the synthesis of tetramethylbis(ω-phosphoryloxyalkyl)disiloxanes were developed. Thermal rearrangement of the
1,2-shift type of tetramethylbis(phosphoryloxymethyl)disiloxanes was studied. The 1,2-shift rearrangement of dimethyl(diphenoxyphosphoryloxymethyl)silyl
hydrogen sulfate was found.
