| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种全数字式可控硅触发电路。通过给出的基本原理结构图，论述了工作原理，证实其具有构成简单，集成度高，性能稳定，控制触发准确，并且调整容易等优点。优于模拟的可控硅触发电路。

| Abstract: | A full digital thyristor trigger circuit is proposed in this paper,in which the basic principle of the circuit is discussed with the function block diagram.The performance of the proposed circuit in terms of simplicity,higher integration and accuracy and easy adjustment is better than analogy trigger circuit and it can be used as a part of thyristor circuit. |
