| 摘 要： | 建立了叔丁基氯苄的反相高效液相色谱分析方法.采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇和水,波长为230nm。方法的相对标准偏差为0.36%,平均回收率为100.8%。

| Abstract: | A simple and rapid high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of tert butylbenzyl chloride.The components were separated by a C18 column with mobile phase of methanol-water(80/20,V/V)and detected at 230nm.The method's relative standard deviation is 0.36%,and average recovery is 100.8%. |
