摘 要: | 锰矿化学成份中主要元素分析一般都采用化学分析法,需要分溶液进行单项测定,其分析流程长,速度慢。本方法提出了一种通过波长色散X射线荧光光谱法测定锰矿中五个元素的常规方法。样品熔融成玻璃片,采用卢卡斯-图思及派恩数学校正模式,由计算机回归拟合曲线。本法准确、快速、简便。所得结果与常规湿法化学分析结果相符。

Abstract: | A X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is described for the routine determination of five elements in manganese ore. The samples are melted into a glassy disk. Using Lucas-Tooth and Pyne mathematical model of correction, the cali bration curves are regressed by computer. The method is accurate, rapid and simple. The results obtained by this method are comparable to those obtained by conventional wet chemical methods, which have tedious proce dure and take a lot of time. |
