摘    要:本文考查了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定人发中镁、锌、铜、铁的影响因素,讨论了干法、湿法及压力溶样器处理发样的方法,对十种消化方法及所用容器的测定结果做了比较,进行了t检验,确定同时测定这四种元素的理想方法为压力溶样消化法。

Abstract:In this paper, the influence factors for determination of magnesium, zinc, cop per and iron in human hair by flame atomic absorption spectrometry are examined. The analytical results of ten digestion methods and digestion vessels used are evalu ated by the t-test. The digestion method in a pressure digestion bomb is considered to be the best one.
