摘    要:建立了基于人工神经网络(ANN)的钛合金YAG激光焊接工艺参数优化模型.以大功率YAG激光焊接工艺及结果对模型进行学习训练,结果表明所建ANN模型具有较好的自学习和预测能力.ANN模型可以根据工艺参数准确地预测焊缝形状;或根据焊缝形状要求,选择激光焊接工艺参数.

Abstract:The study for optimizing of the welding parameters of YAG laser welding Titanium alloy based on artificial neural networks(ANN) was presented. The ANN model was trained with actual samples obtained from high power YAG laser welding Titanium alloy. The simulation results indicated that the ANN model has strong abilities in selflearning and predicting. The model not only possesses the ability to estimate the laser weld shape by the parameters,but also can select suitable welding parameters according to variously demanded.
