摘    要:静力特性与动力特性是进行机床关键部件设计必须要考虑的重要方面.基于结构拓扑优化技术,本文建立了两种机床关键部件创新构型(结构形式)设计的数学模型,针对DLH20数控机床床鞍进行了创新设计,获得了新的设计方案.与原有设计方案相比,在质量减少3.34%的情况下,结构的静刚度得到了大幅改善,最大位移降低幅度超过了22%;结构的固有频率也得到不同程度的提高,最高增幅可达24.59%(第三阶固有频率).
