摘    要:本文利用气相色谱-红外光谱联用仪对鱼油中的EPA和DHA进行了定性,定量的分析研究,建立了EPA-E和DHA-E的蒸气相红外标准谱图和气相色谱保留时间数据库,提供了一种在无法找到标准物质的情况下鱼油中EPA和DHA进行定性,定量分析的简便准硼确的方法。

Abstract:GC/FTIR system was used for the qualitative and quantitative determination of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexenoic acid (DHA) in fish oil. The Standard Va-por phase FTIR spectra and retention time data library of EP A-E and DHA-E were estab-lished. The method is convenient and accurate, when standard samples were not available.
