| 摘 要： | 本文利用气相色谱－红外光谱联用仪对鱼油中的ＥＰＡ和ＤＨＡ进行了定性，定量的分析研究，建立了ＥＰＡ－Ｅ和ＤＨＡ－Ｅ的蒸气相红外标准谱图和气相色谱保留时间数据库，提供了一种在无法找到标准物质的情况下鱼油中ＥＰＡ和ＤＨＡ进行定性，定量分析的简便准硼确的方法。

| Abstract: | GC/FTIR system was used for the qualitative and quantitative determination of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexenoic acid (DHA) in fish oil. The Standard Va-por phase FTIR spectra and retention time data library of EP A-E and DHA-E were estab-lished. The method is convenient and accurate, when standard samples were not available. |
