摘    要:本文研究GCr15钢的各种热处理强韧化。通过降低淬火奥氏体化温度,控制马氏体M中含碳 量,改变M形态,减小M领域尺寸;或经高温固溶炭化物超细化予处理;或以等温淬火获得(B下 +M)混合组织。所有这些处理,都可使GCr15钢获得不同程度的强韧化,对冲击韧性、静弯强 度、压溃强度、断裂韧性、耐磨性和接触疲劳寿命都产生有利的影响。

Abstract:This peper deals with the strengthening and toughening of GCr15 Steel with different heat treatment. By decreasing the austensitizing temperature of quenching the carbon content, and the size of martensite are decreased and the morphologies of martensite are changed as well. Or by appling high tempera- ture quenching+tempering processes the carbides are refined. And by austemper- ing the structure of (M+B) can be obtained. All of these processes result in- strengthening and toughening of GCr15 steel in a different dedgree, and so, impact toughness, bending strength, fracture strength, fracture toughness, and contact fatigue life can all be improved.
