摘    要:利用新型分步合成法制备的激光染料P567掺杂有机改性凝胶玻璃,建立了基于全息光栅的两种不同腔型可调谐激光器.采用光栅零级作为输出的激光器,调谐范围近70nm (543~610nm), 获得的最高斜效率为17%;采用腔镜耦合输出方式,调谐范围超过30 nm (553~585 nm),获得的最高斜效率为9.7%.并对激光器的可调谐范围、阈值、斜效率及线宽等参数进行了深入的分析比较.

Tunable Solid-state Dye Lasers with Different Cavities for P567 Doped Sample Made by Stepwise Synthesis Technique

Abstract:Two kinds of tunable solid-state dye laser cavities based on holographic grating were established for pyrromethene 567 doped sample made by stepwise synthesis technique through a sol-gel process. With the cavity of output from zero-order diffractive beam, tunable range of about 70 nm from 543~610 nm had been achieved, and the highest slope efficiency of 17% was obtained at 583 nm wavelength. While using the cavity of output from a coupling mirror, tunable range of over 30 nm from 553~585 nm was obtained, and the slope efficiency was 9.7% at 574 nm wavelength. Furthermore the parameters of laser tunable range, threshold, slope efficiency, and linewidth of the two different cavities are deeply analyzed.
