Bessel Potential Operators for Canonical Lipschitz Domains

We construct convolution operators which define isomorphisms between SOBOLEV spaces of distributions supported on a canonical LIPSCHITZ domain. These operators are used for reduction of order of WIENER -HOPF equations or pseudodifferential equations on a canonical LIPSCHITZ domain.
