| 摘 要： | 为建立准确且简便的测定药物卡托普利的方法,应用N-溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBS)直接滴定法测定卡托普利.卡托普利的平均含量为101.37%(RSD=0.54%),平均回收率为99.83%(RSD=0.65%),经与药典法(KIO3滴定法)对照,NBS滴定法的准确度及精密度均高于药典法.

| Abstract: | In order to set up accurate and convenient method of detemination , the captopril tablets were detected by direct titrimetry with N bromosuccinimide(NBS). The results showed that average content of the captopril in tablets was 101.37%(RSD=0.54%) and that average recovery was 99.83%(RSD=0.65%). In comparison with the pharmacopoeia method, this method was better in the accuracy and precision. |
