塔拉倍半萜成分的研究

摘    要:对塔拉枝叶的化学成分进行了研究.利用现代多种色谱技术从其乙醇提取物氯仿萃取部分分离得到7个倍半萜类化合物,利用波谱技术鉴定了它们的结构,分别为4(15)-eudesmene-1β,6α-diol(1)与ent-4(15)-eudesmene-1β,6α-diol(2)的混合物、4(15)-eudesmene-1β,5α-diol(3)、oplopanone(4)、(7R*)-opposit-4(15)-ene-1β,7-diol(5)、cloven-2β,9α-diol(6)和tricyclohumuladiol(7),所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.

Abstract:Seven sesquiterpenoids, the mixture of 4(15)-eudesmene-1β,6α-diol(1) and ent-4(15)- eudesmene-1β, 6α-diol(2), 4 ( 15 )-eudesmene-1β, 5α-diol ( 3 ), oplopanone (4), ( 7R * )-opposite-4 ( 15 )- ene-1β,7-diol (5), cloven-2β,9a-diol(6), and tricyclohumuladiol(7) were obtained from the twigs and leaves of Caesalpinia Spinosa Kuntze. All the compounds were isolated from C. spinosa for the first time.
