| 摘 要： | 对塔拉枝叶的化学成分进行了研究.利用现代多种色谱技术从其乙醇提取物氯仿萃取部分分离得到7个倍半萜类化合物,利用波谱技术鉴定了它们的结构,分别为4(15)-eudesmene-1β,6α-diol(1)与ent-4(15)-eudesmene-1β,6α-diol(2)的混合物、4(15)-eudesmene-1β,5α-diol(3)、oplopanone(4)、(7R*)-opposit-4(15)-ene-1β,7-diol(5)、cloven-2β,9α-diol(6)和tricyclohumuladiol(7),所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.

| Abstract: | Seven sesquiterpenoids, the mixture of 4（15）-eudesmene-1β,6α-diol（1） and ent-4（15）- eudesmene-1β, 6α-diol（2）, 4 （ 15 ）-eudesmene-1β, 5α-diol （ 3 ）, oplopanone （4）, （ 7R ＊ ）-opposite-4 （ 15 ）- ene-1β,7-diol （5）, cloven-2β,9a-diol（6）, and tricyclohumuladiol（7） were obtained from the twigs and leaves of Caesalpinia Spinosa Kuntze. All the compounds were isolated from C. spinosa for the first time. |
