| Abstract: | An Fe(III)-superoxide-Cu(I) cytochrome c oxidase model reacts intermolecularly with hindered phenols leading to phenoxyl radicals, as was observed in the enzyme and evidence for the formation of an Fe(IV)-oxo is presented. |
