尼龙66盐固态缩聚反应的研究

摘    要:采用测定转化率和特性粘数、红外光谱、偏光显微镜、扫描电镜和DSC等方法,研究了结晶尼龙66盐固态缩聚过程的反应历程、初生态尼龙66的结晶形态及其热行为与热历史的关系。实验结果表明,在缩聚过程中尼龙66盐结晶的缺陷可以诱发大分子相的成核,并出现外延结晶过程。发现,初生态尼龙66呈现出原纤状结构状态,且原纤的取向取决于反应条件;讨论了初生态尼龙66在DSC谱上所出现的熔融双峰现象。

Abstract:During solid-state polycondensation of crystalline nylon 66 salt (Hexamethylenediam-monium adipate) the mechanism of reaction, crystalline morphologies and the relations of thermal behaviour to the thermal history for the nasent nylon 66 have been studied by the use of a number of techniques including determination of conversion rate and of intrinsic viscosities, IR, polarized light microscopy, SEM and DSC. The results indicate that the defects in crystals of nylon 66 salt may introduce the nucleation of the reasulting polymer phase, and there are epitaxial crystallization processes in the polycondesation. It was found that the morphologies of fibril-like structure are formed in nascent nylon 66, and the orientation of fibrils is dependent on the conditions used. Double melting peaks during DSC analysis for the nascent nylon 66 in this system are discussed.
