摘    要:为解决海洋工程中系泊系统在风、浪、流联合作用下系泊力的计算问题 ,在时域内建立了一种计算防风水鼓系泊系统系泊力的方法。在分析波浪荷载时 ,使用了设计波法和非线性 Stokes五阶波 ,并由经验公式求出了船舶的风、流作用力。由准静态方法计算了初始条件后 ,在忽略了锚链和水鼓动态效应对船舶运动的影响的条件下 ,求解了系泊力和船舶的运动时历。再由二维集中质量法建立了锚链和水鼓的数学模型 ,用 Houbolt方法求解了锚链和水鼓的运动方程 ,并对系泊力进行了修正。模拟计算结果与经验公式计算结果吻合较好 ,且模拟计算的时域特征表现突出 ,建立的时域计算方法可用于防风水鼓系泊系统的系泊力计算

Abstract:The mooring force of a buoy mooring system subject to wind, waves, and currents in oceanic engineering is a difficult engineering problem. A time domain approach was developed to predict the mooring force of a buoy mooring system subject to various fories. Nonlinear fifth-order Stokes and design-wave methods were used to analyze the wave load, with empirical formulas used for the current and wind loads. Initial conditions from a quasi-static method were used to begin the time history analysis of the vessel and mooring forces without considering the impact of the dynamic effects of the chain and the buoy on the vessel motion. Then, 2-D plumped mass method was used to model the chain and buoy, with the dynamic equations solved by the Houbolt approach to correct the mooring force. The computational results compare well with experimental formulas, and the time domain approach can be used to accurately compute the mooring force on buoy mooring systems.
