| 摘 要： | 通过实验 ,观察两广地区民间习用的苦丁茶对大鼠离体组织的抗氧化作用 .用 TBA法和分光光度法测定脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (MDA)的含量 ,以确定样品对脂质过氧化的抑制作用 .实验表明 ,苦丁茶提取物的不同试验浓度都表现出对脂质过氧化有一定程度的抑制作用 .

| Abstract: | Habitually used by the people in two regions of Guangxi and Guangdong,the llex Kudincha has the antioxidation to observed by us.To determine the specimen inhibition to the lipid peroxide(LPO) the methods of TBA and spectroptoto were used in determing the contents of Malonic dialdehyde(MDA) of lipid peroxide(LPO) products.The experience has indicated that the llex kudincha extracts with different test concentrations presented some inhibition to the lipid peroxide(LPO). |
