Abstract:BPSDMA of high purity was easily synthesized from bisphenol S by phase transfer catalysis at low temperature and its structure was characterized by FTIR, NMR and elemental analysis. Transparent resins of BPSDMA with styrene and styrene thiodiglycol dimethacrylate (TDGDMA) copolymers were prepared and their properties were measured and studied.
