我国城市水资源价格刍议

分析了我国城市水资源保护利用中存在的主要问题，指出为城市水资源定价是解决城市水资源危机的重要手段．根据城市水资源价格公平性、费用补偿、差别征收、分期浮动、按期调整的定价原则，以水资源保护费、补偿费和品质费为经济内容，给出城市居民生活用水和经济用水的水资源价格定价公式．

On the price of urban water resources

In consideration of main problem of urban water resources in China, it is pointed out that reasonable determination of urban water resources price is an important measure to settle the crisis of urban water resources. With the costs in water resources management, compensation, and quality control taken as economic contents, formulas for water resources pricing of urban domestic water consumption and economic water consumption are given based on the principles of pricing for water resources, including the fairness, cost compensation, different imposition, price floating by stages, and regular adjustment.
