| Abstract: | The results of calorimetric studies of 5SrRNA isolated from Lupinus luteus and of tRNAPhe both in the absence and in the presence of different concentrations of cations Ca2+, Mn2+ were reported. The temperature and the enthalpy of melting were determined. Using the deconvolution method the elementary transitions were distinguished and discussed. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date. |
