| Abstract: | The disputes over folk music works emerge ceaselessly in recent years. As a special display of folklore, folk music works which has basic distinctions from works in public areas belongs to objects of copyright protection. Since the subjects of rights are various, they have varied spirit rights and economical rights. Those rights are restricted certainly according to copyright law. |
