等离子电弧炉回收Ni-Al合金细粉工艺的研究

摘    要:本文研究了用等离子电弧炉回收 Ni-Al 合金细粉的方法。实验结果表明:用等离子电弧炉回收 Ni-Al 合金细粉工艺上可行,经济效益及社会效益较高;且克服了用电渣石墨坩埚法回收时铝烧损多、合金回收率低、对环境污染严重等缺点。讨论了在实验条件下,装料量、冶炼时间、弧电流及氩气流量等工艺参数对合金回收率、电耗、氩气耗量等口标参数的影响;确定了合理的冶炼工艺制度。

Abstract:It is shown by experimental investigation that the technological process isfeasible using plasma are furnace to recover Ni- Al fines, with higher economicaland social benefits reached. Disadvantages of recovery by using electroslag- gra-phite crucible could thus be avoided, such as high burn- off loss of Al, lowalloy recovery and serious pollution, ect. Influences of such processing parame-ters, under the experiments performed, as charge capacity, smelting time,arc current and argon flow on the objective parameters including alloy recoveryrate, electric and argon consumptions are discussed in detail. Finally a schedulefor reasonable smelting is offered.
