| Abstract: | Culture is the carrier of a nation.The rise and fall of culture concerns the fundamental problem of a nation's survival or perishing.In order to build a comfortably off society and make Shanxi a culturally strong province,we must firmly grasp the progressive direction of advanced culture,give full play to the advantage of Shanxi's historical and cultural resources,speed up the study and construction of culture with regional characteristics,devote major efforts to the prosperity of literary and artistic creation and develop cultural industry. |
