摘    要:通过高温电弧合金熔炼技术制备了Ho2Co17–xAlx(x=0,0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6)合金微粉,采用XRD和SEM分析了所制合金微粉的组成相和微结构,使用网络矢量分析仪研究了其吸波性能。结果表明:其所制样品均由Ho2Co17相组成;在吸波涂层厚度d=1.5 mm时,随x的增大,Ho2Co17–xAlx合金微粉的反射率最小值从–11.4 dB(x=0)降低到–49.8 dB(x=1.6)。同时,Al的添加会使Ho2Co17的吸收峰向高频移动,吸收峰频率从7.28 GHz(x=0)升高到14.32 GHz(x=1.6)。

Abstract:Ho2Co17–xAlx(x=0,0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6) alloys were prepared by the high temperature arc melting method.The phase structures and microstructures of the prepared alloys powders were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the microwave absorbing properties were studied by vector network analyzer.The results show that the prepared samples all consist of Ho2Co17 phase.When the absorbing coating thickness is 1.5 mm,the minimum reflectivity of the Ho2Co17–xAlx alloys powders decreases from –11.4 dB(x=0) to –49.8 dB(x=1.6) with the increasing of x.And meanwhile,the absorbing peak is shifted to the high frequency,the absorption peak frequency increases from 7.28 GHz(x=0) to 14.32 GHz(x=1.6).
