摘    要:往复式压缩机是石油化工企业中一种应用广泛的大型动力设备,其故障一般可通过振动和温度异常进行判别。主要介绍了光纤传感器的基本原理,并提出了一种基于Bragg光纤光栅传感器的故障状态监测方法。对某石化企业的往复式压缩机进行了在线监测,对其温度和振动进行监测,结果均符合正常工作指标。

Abstract:The reciprocating compressor is a large-scale power equipment which widely used in petrochemical enterprises. The faults of compressor can usually be justified by testing vibration and temperature. This paper describes the basic principles of FBG sensors. A new condition monitoring method based on FBG is proposed. On-site monitoring of a reciprocating compressor of temperature and viberation in a petrochemical enterprises is performed, and the results are in line with the normal work of the indicators.
