| BiFeO3的中温水热合成和表征 | |

| 摘 要： | The compound BiFeO3was synthesized in alkaline medium with BiONO3(or BiCl3) and Fe(NO3)3.9H2Oas the reactant at 120—240 ℃ for 1—3 d．The product was characterized by powderX-ray diffraction，thermogravimetric and differential thermal analyses and IRspectroscopy．The compound crystallizes in a rhombohedral system with cell parametersa=0.395 6 nm，α=89.43°. |
