| 摘 要： | 转铁蛋白(Transferrin,简记为Tf)具有许多神奇的生理功能,吸引了各个领域学者的研究.治疗肿瘤的大多数化疗药物,不仅有较强毒副作用,而且治疗过程中很容易产生耐药性.利用Tf 作为化疗药物的载体,让其在肿瘤组织中集聚,可对各种肿瘤细胞株显示出选择毒性[1].
