| Abstract: | The paper focuses on the reliability design and analysis for SAR sub-system, it emphasizes on the reliability prediction of the stress analysis for the monitor extension handled by the relex software. In addition, it finds out the weak parts in the design, and then innovate the product design, improve its reliability degree. |
