| 摘 要： | 针对科研人员廉洁意识不高,管理部门监管不到位,科研经费财务管理制度不健全等问题,暴露出了伪造印章及相关材料骗取科研经费,虚设和侵吞科研设备经费,将科研经费用于私人消费等多个廉政风险点提出了相应的防范措施。

| Abstract: | Lots of problems emerged such as researchers are lack of probity awareness,supervision and administration of the management department is not enough and financial management system of research fund which exposing several honesty risks as follows: research funding fraud through forging seal and related materials,misappropriation of funding for research equipment,research funding spoiled by private consumption etc.Puts forward some corresponding preventive measures. |
