| Abstract: | A novel, rapid and sensitive micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography method was developed for the separation and determination of two hepatotoxic pyrrolizidine alkaloids in Gynura segetum (Lour.) Merr. (Jusanqi) within 8 min. The method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of seneciphylline and senecionine in a Jusanqi sample. |
