| Abstract: | The key to set up the service-type government in China is to foster the service spirit of the public administrators.The main way of forstering service spirit of the service-type government is supervision by public opinion.Fostering the serivice opinion spirit of the public administrators needs supervison by public opinion and drawing up corresponding laws and regulations. |
