摘    要:本工作研究了液心光纤长光路吸光光度分析方法的理论与实验:分析了光的散射和耦合对吸光度的影响;得到了吸光度与液心光纤长度,被测元素浓度,光散射系数,耦合系数的函关系,理论与实验基本相符;证实此法是一种高灵敏度和高分析速度的痕量分析新技术;本文还详述了实验装置与实验结果,并进行了分析讨论。

Abstract:Spectrophotometry study of liquid-core optical fiber long-light-path has been done by theory and experiment method. Influence of light scattering and coupling on absorbance is analyzed. The relationship of absorbance with liquid-core optical fiber length, detected concentration, coefficients of light scattering and coupling is given. Experiment results agree with the theory. The method is proved to be a new trace analysis technology with high sensitivity and rapidly ailalytical velocity. Experimental apparatus and results are described and to be discussed.
