摘    要:聚苯乙炔(PPA)作为一种较有前途的光电导材料,目前已引起不少化学家和物理学家的广泛关注。研究表明,反式PPA比顺式具有较高的光电导[1],而且对电子给体或受体的掺杂均具有灵敏的响应[2],有可能被用作未来的光电器件。我们在研究顺、反式PPA光电性能的基础上[3-5],进一步研究了顺、反异构化和它们的光电导。

Abstract:The isomerization and photoconductivity of polyphenyacetylene have been studied in this paper. The cis-trans isomerization experiment indicated that the conjugation length of the trans-structure is longer than that of cis-structure, as a results, its conductivity and photo/dark ratio are higher than that of the cis-PPA. In contrast to the trans-structure, the cis-PPA showed very small photoconductivity so that it was not able to find out the difference in this experimental condition.
