| 摘 要： | 江苏人多地少，土地资源紧缺，而江苏岩外规模巨大的辐射状沙洲则为江苏提供了潜在的土地后备资源，因此如何使辐射沙洲潜在的巨大优势转化为促进江苏海洋经济发展的动力已成为倍受人们关注的问题，本文就辐射沙洲的开发利用前景作了一些探讨，并就开发过程中应该注意的问题作了一些阐述。

| Abstract: | There are a lot of people and relatively little land in Jiangsu. So the land resource is very short. The radiate sandbanks with a larger scale off the Jiangsu coast provide potential mothball land resource. It has become a important problem that how to make the huge predominance of the radiate sandbanks into the power to promote the development of the sea economy in Jiangsu. This text discusses the development foreground of the radiate sandbanks and analyses the problems that may encounter in the development. |
