正交设计优选协日嘎四味片的提取工艺

摘    要:目的:优化协日嘎四味片的煎煮提取工艺.方法:采用L9(34)正交表设计试验,以黄柏季胺类生物碱的煎出量和总煎出物为评价指标,结果进行方差分析.结果:最佳工艺条件为A3B1C3,主要影响因素依次为C(P<0.01)、A(P<0.05),因素B的影响不显著(P>0.10).结论:取黄柏等药材,应加10倍量水(A3),须煎煮提取3次(C3),每次煮沸1小时(B1)即可.

Abstract:Objective:To find out the optimum extraction process for Xieriga Siwei Tablet.Methods:The L9(34) orthogonal test was adopted.The fried output and total fried materials of amine quarter alkaloids in Cortex Phellodendri were taken as evaluation index and the resuts were analyzed by analysis of variance.Results:A3B1C3 was optimum process conditions.The main factors were sub-C(P<0.01),A(P<0.05),and the impact of factor B was not significant(P>0.10).Conclusion:The medicine should be mixed with water by 10 times the weight of medicine(A3),be decocted and extracted for 3 times(C3)and be kept boiled for 1 hour(B1).
