| 摘 要： | 为了提高软开关逆变器的性能,分析了软开关逆变器离散脉冲调制方法,导出了实现软开关逆变技术离散脉冲调制必须满足的最基本条件。提出了一种新型软化SPWM调制算法,研究了调制算法中各参数之间的关系,给出了调制参数变化范围及边界条件。分析了调制参数对软化SPWM调制策略及逆变器性能的影响,并进行了谐波分析。结果证明了理论分析的正确性。 |

| Abstract: | In order to improve the performance of soft switching inverter, discrete pulse modulation methods for DC-AC inverter were analyzed. The fundamental conditions and implementation methods for realizing soft switching techniques were presented. In terms of new soft SPWM modulation algorithm proposed, relations among the parameters of the algorithm were discussed. The varying ranges of the parameters were given. The effects of modulation parameters on soft SPWM modulation approach and performance of the soft switching inverter were analyzed. The output harmonics of the inverter were calculated. The calculation results show the validation of the proposed method. |
