摘    要:建立了超高效液相色谱-串联三重四极杆质谱联用测定塑料包装饮料中双酚A残留量的检测方法. 以SEP-PAR C18小柱富集饮料样品,甲醇淋洗. 采用Acquity UPLCTM BEH C18液相柱分离,流动相为水和甲醇,采用梯度洗脱方式,电喷雾离子源,以负离子扫描,多反应监测(MRM)模式进行质谱分析. 在试验选定的最佳条件下,方法的检出限为0.5 μg/L,样品加标回收率为92.4%~98.4%,相对标准偏差小于8.4%.

Abstract:A method for the determination of bisphenol A (BPA) residues in beverage in plastics packing materials has been developed using the ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric (UPLC-MS/MS). Bisphenol A was enriched from the beverage sample in a SEP-PAR C18 column and eluted with methanol. Chromatographic separation was carried out on a Acquity UPLCTM BEH C18 column, with methanol-water solution as the mobile phase with gradient elution. The mass spectrometer was operated in the negative ion mode using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM).Under optimal conditions, the limit of detection was 0.5 μg/L, and the recovery was in the range of 92.4%~98.4% with a relative standard deviation(RSD) of less than 8.4%.
