| Abstract: | (Methylchlorosilyl)methyldichlorophosphines have been synthesized by the reaction of dimethy(diethylamino)silyl]- or methyl-bis(diethylamino)silyl]methylmagnesium chlorides with PCl3 in ether at –40÷–20 °C and subsequent treatment of the reaction mixture with dry HCl.
