| Abstract: | Lyman α transitions emitted from hydrogenlike Ar recoil ions investigated by high resolution crystal diffraction spectroscopy show noticeable influence of spectator electrons. Theoretical values for the 2p-1s transition energies were confirmed to approximately the 100 ppm level of the data. |
