| Abstract: | The slope of the form factor forπ 0→e + e -γ and the real part of the amplitude forπ 0→e + e - are calculated by means of the quark triangle mechanism. The correct sign for the form factor slope is reproduced. Theπ 0→e + e - rate obtained is slightly larger than the unitarity limit and smaller than the present experimental rate. |
