| 摘 要： | 目的：筛选雪莲果片处方及铺料的用量。方法：采用正交试验法,以硬度、吸湿量、口感为考察指标,多指标综合评分进行直观分析,对雪莲果片处方进行优选。结果：雪莲果片处方由雪莲果粉20g、淀粉10g、微晶纤维素15g、羟丙基纤维素15g等组成,可采用湿法制粒压片法制备。结论：处方组成及制备工艺科学合理,稳定性好,硬度、脆碎度、吸湿量等检查合格。

| Abstract: | Objective:To screen the formulation of Yacon tablets and the dosage of its excipients.Methods:The orthogonal design was taken to screen formulation of Yacon tablets,the condition were selected by hardness,moisture pickup and taste.Results: formulation of Yacon tablets was 20g of Yacon powder,10g of starch,15g of microcrystalline cellulose,15g of hydroxypropyl cellulose.Wet granulation could be used.Conclusion:The formulation and preparation is rationable,scientific and the stability,hardness,breakage,moistu... |
