| 摘 要： | 采用粘弹性体Maxwell模型，利用接触理论和有限元程序对果品挤压接触进行了理论分析和计算，总结出一些规律。这对果品在收获、贮运等过程中分析由于接触引起的机械损伤有着一定的意义。

| Abstract: | Adopt the Maxwell viscoelastic bodies using contact theoretic knowledge and the Finite Element program design knowledge to analyze oi theory of the extrusion contact of fruit. This paper summarizes some rules. These have definite meaning to mechanism damage because of contacting during the process in harvest and storage. |
