| Abstract: | The aim of the silt arrester is to arrest the silt. We should make an overall consideration about it according to the dam system. In its design, we should pay attention to the rational selection of the dam location, the determination of the dam type should suit the local conditions, the introduction of the basic situation should be full and accurate, the design should be safe, economic and applicable, the consideration of the approximately-estimated investment should be allround, the analysis on the benefit should be rational, and the drawings should be accurate and clear. |
