M2高速钢激光表面处理多层组织的研究

摘    要:用淬火态作为原始组织对W6Mo5Cr4V2(M2)高速钢激光处理时所得到的硬化带及热影响区的组织进行了研究。结果表明,激光处理后得到6层不同的组织,由表面开始依次命名为表面灰层、第一亮环、第一灰环、第二亮环、第二灰环及黑环。对这6层组织进行了仔细的观察,测量了各层显微硬度,并对组织的形成原因进行了讨论。

Abstract:The microstructures of hardened layer and heat affected zone were studied by using of the quenched high speed steel M2 as the pretreatment structure before laser heating. The results have been shown that the following six layered strcuture from surface inwards could be obtained after treatmcnt, i.e .surface grey layer, first bright and grey layers, second bright and grey layers as well as dark layer. The six layered structure has been studied in detail and their microhardness measured. The transformation mechanism of microstructure has also been discussed in the paper.
