摘    要:为进一步探索城市空间演化规律和内在机制,根据西部内陆干旱绿洲型城市特点,以新疆乌鲁木齐城市发展为例,应用SLEUTH城市增长模型,借助RS、GIS空间信息技术,对乌鲁木齐未来城市空间演变进行研究.结果表明:SLEUTH模型是理解城市空间发展特征的有力工具;重现了乌鲁木齐中心城区1987-2000年城市空间演变形态,预测模拟了2001-2015年城市空间增长.研究结果对理解城市演变机制及政府制定规划提供了理论和辅助决策依据.

Abstract:For further study of the dynamics change of Urban Geospatial process,the poper is a case study by applying SLEUTH to Urumqi,a typical dynamic spatial complex system in western China,based on characters of inner oasis cities in western China.In the research,RS and GIS were adopted.The result indicated that SLEUTH model can effectively simulate the city's growth and sprawl;Both back-past(1987-2000 year) map and forecasting simulation of Urban Geospatial growth and sprawl(2001-2015) were mapping.Thus,the SLEUTH model simulation on city dynamics geospatial change can provide useful information for the city's future planning and development.
