| 摘 要： | 以广泛分布于浑善达克沙地的3种禾本科牧草为材料,测定其叶片中几种与抗逆性有关的生化物质含量的季节变化.结果表明：可溶性糖含量随生长的季节进程升高;脯氨酸含量在返青期最高,生长盛期保持稳定,枯黄期下降;丙二醛（MDA）含量在返青期最低,并随生长的季节进程逐渐升高.由此可知,冰草、羊草和针茅等禾本科牧草的抗逆性与干旱地区的特殊气候和土壤因素有关. |

| Abstract: | A few substances related with stress resistance were determined seasonally in the leaves of in 3 Grass Species in Hunshandak Sandland.The results show that concentrate of soluble sugar increases seasonally,content of proline are highest in turning green period,stable in exuberance period and lowest in withering period;while MDA are lowest in turning green period and increases seasonally.The variations were associated with special climate and social factors of arid land. |
