摘    要:盐酸处理显著改善了雾化合金MlNi36Co07Mn03Al04的初期电化学吸放氢特性和循环伏安特性;用复数非线性拟合程序分析了氢化物电极的电化学阻抗;XPS和AES分析表明,盐酸处理后合金表面形成了富镍层·充电过程中镍被还原成高活性金属镍是雾化合金电化学性能得以改善的主要原因

Abstract:It is shown that the initial electrochemical hydrogen adsorption and desorption performance of hydrogen storage alloy prepared by means of gas atomization are greatly improved by an additional hydrochloric acid treatment. The cyclic voltammetry experiments indicates that the electrochemical activity of the treated alloy electrode is very high. The impedance spectra were analyzed by using a non linear least squares fitting program. AES and XPS measurement show that the additional treatment provides the alloy new surface where a Ni rich layer is formed. This is the main cause why the electrochemical characteristics of the alloy powder with the treatment are significantly improved.
