| 摘 要： | 以吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵 (APDC)作螯合剂 ,负载了十二烷基硫酸钠 (SDS)的氧化铝柱富集 ,火焰原子吸收光谱法 (FAAS)测定钙盐试剂中微量元素。对富集和光谱测定条件进行了优化。在 p H=1— 6范围内 ,SDS完全吸附在氧化铝表面 ,形成胶束。p H2— 7时 ,APDC螯合物能定量吸附在氧化铝负载微柱上 ;在 2 m L/min洗脱速率下 ,以 2 m L HNO3 溶液 (5 mol·L-1)可定量洗脱
