| 摘 要： | 码率控制技术是视频编码与通信的关键技术之一,它负责编码器、信道和解码器之间的协调,在视频压缩中具有重要的地位.基于视频压缩编码的码率控制技术,根据所采用的率失真模型,详细讨论了MPEG-2、H.263、MPEG-4和H.264等视频编码标准中的一些典型的码率控制算法,对重要的码率控制方法进行了相关叙述,并对码率控制技术的发展方向做了展望.

| Abstract: | Rate control is one of the key issues in video coding responsible for the coordination among the encoder,the channel and the decoder,hence plays a very important role in video compression.In this paper,rate control technique in the video compression is investigated.Based on the adopted rate distortion models,a number of typical rate-control algorithms in MPEG-2,H.263,MPEG-4 and H.264 are reviewed and discussed,and further discussions are made on prospects of rate control technology. |
